Art, Wine and Cheese Come Together for an Inspiring Afternoon at The Gap
A unique new cultural event is coming to The Gap this August as Art&Eats Presents: In Her Skin, launching the first solo exhibition by local artist Natarscha Schneider.
Held across Ruby Red Jewellery Artspace and the neighbouring Topology Creative Hub, In Her Skin celebrates the beauty, diversity and strength of the female form. Through expressive paintings, Schneider explores body positivity, self-acceptance and the individuality that makes every woman unique.
Exhibition Opening Event
The opening event on Sunday, 9 August at 3 pm promises an inspiring afternoon of art, wine and cheese.
Guests will enjoy a guided tasting of four exceptional Australian wines hosted by renowned sommelier Mark Whitaker from the Wine and Larder Bistro, paired with artisan cheeses by Wendy Downes of The Cheeseboard.
With just 30 tickets available, guests will have the opportunity to meet the artist, learn about the wine and cheese pairings, and be among the first to experience the exhibition.
Meet The Artist
Natarscha Schneider is a Brisbane-based self-taught artist with a deep passion for creativity, curiosity and expression.
Working primarily in acrylics, Natarscha’s modern minimalist style celebrates movement, form and the beauty of the female body, promoting empowerment and body positivity.
